Ingredients:
- 1 packet frozen acai puree (about 100g)
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (for protein)
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1/4 cup almond milk or any preferred milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
Toppings:
- Sliced banana
- Fresh berries
- Granola
- Nuts or seeds
- Drizzle of honey or nut butter
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the frozen acai puree, frozen mixed berries, half banana, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and almond milk.
- Blend until smooth and thick. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more almond milk to help blend but keep it thick enough to eat with a spoon.
- Pour the acai mixture into a bowl.
- Top with sliced banana, fresh berries, granola, nuts or seeds, and a drizzle of honey or nut butter as desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your protein-packed acai bowl!
