Protein filled Acai Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet frozen acai puree (about 100g)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (for protein)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or any preferred milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)

Toppings:

  • Sliced banana
  • Fresh berries
  • Granola
  • Nuts or seeds
  • Drizzle of honey or nut butter

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen acai puree, frozen mixed berries, half banana, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and almond milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more almond milk to help blend but keep it thick enough to eat with a spoon.
  3. Pour the acai mixture into a bowl.
  4. Top with sliced banana, fresh berries, granola, nuts or seeds, and a drizzle of honey or nut butter as desired.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your protein-packed acai bowl!
