Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  6. Flip the salmon and pour the honey garlic glaze over the fillets.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 6-8 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Baste the salmon with the glaze from the pan halfway through baking for extra flavor.
  9. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  10. Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
