Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the salmon and pour the honey garlic glaze over the fillets.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 6-8 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Baste the salmon with the glaze from the pan halfway through baking for extra flavor.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
