Sweet roll chupa chups halvah muffin

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped halvah
  • 1/4 cup chopped chupa chups candies
  • 1/4 cup sweet roll pieces or crumbs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped halvah, chupa chups candies, and sweet roll pieces.
  7. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  8. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
