  1. Spaghetti Carbonara
    Ingredients:
  • 200g spaghetti
  • 100g pancetta, diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
    Instructions:
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a pan, sauté pancetta and garlic until crispy.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs and Parmesan together.
  4. Drain spaghetti and return to pot. Quickly mix in egg mixture and pancetta, stirring well to create a creamy sauce.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
  6. Chicken Stir-Fry with Vegetables
    Ingredients:
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced thin
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
    Instructions:
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan.
  2. Add garlic, then chicken slices; cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
  6. Classic Margherita Pizza
    Ingredients:
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 150g fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
    Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a baking tray.
  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over dough.
  4. Top with mozzarella slices and basil leaves.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbly.
  7. Beef Tacos
    Ingredients:
  • 300g ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp taco seasoning
  • 8 small taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 100g cheddar cheese, grated
  • Salsa and sour cream to serve
    Instructions:
  1. Cook onion and ground beef in a skillet until beef is browned.
  2. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water; simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Warm taco shells in oven.
  4. Fill shells with beef mixture, lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
  5. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
  6. Greek Salad
    Ingredients:
  • 2 cucumbers, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 150g feta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
    Instructions:
  1. Combine cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, feta, and olives in a bowl.
  2. Whisk olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
  4. Serve chilled.
  5. Lemon Garlic Salmon
    Ingredients:
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
    Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place salmon on a baking sheet.
  3. Mix garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper; pour over salmon.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve.
  6. Vegetable Fried Rice
    Ingredients:
  • 2 cups cooked rice, chilled
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
    Instructions:
  1. Heat oil in a wok or pan.
  2. Scramble eggs until cooked and set aside.
  3. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add rice and soy sauce; stir well.
  5. Mix in scrambled eggs and green onions.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes and serve hot.
  7. Creamy Mushroom Soup
    Ingredients:
  • 500g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
    Instructions:
  1. Melt butter in a pot; sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until browned.
  3. Pour in broth and bring to a boil; simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Use an immersion blender to puree soup until smooth.
  5. Stir in cream, salt, and pepper; heat through.
  6. Serve warm.
  7. Chicken Caesar Salad
    Ingredients:
  • 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Croutons
    Instructions:
  1. Toss lettuce with Caesar dressing.
  2. Top with grilled chicken slices, Parmesan, and croutons.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. Chocolate Chip Cookies
    Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
    Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
