1. Green Detox Juice
Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 green apple
- 1 handful spinach
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1-inch ginger
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Strain if desired and serve chilled.

Ingredients:
- 2 carrots
- 1 orange (peeled)
- 1-inch turmeric root
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions:
