1. Green Detox Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 1-inch ginger

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Strain if desired and serve chilled.

Ingredients:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 orange (peeled)
  • 1-inch turmeric root
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions:
