1. Grilled Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp balsamic dressing

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, drizzle with dressing, and toss well.

2. Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice whole grain bread
  • 1/2 avocado, mashed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

Toast the bread, spread mashed avocado, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Drizzle with olive oil.

3. Quinoa Veggie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup roasted vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, carrots)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup hummus

Instructions:

Mix quinoa with roasted veggies, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and serve with hummus.

4. Turkey Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 3 slices turkey breast
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 cup lettuce

Instructions:

Spread mustard on the tortilla, layer turkey, cheese, avocado, and lettuce. Roll tightly and slice in half.
