1. Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Whisk in milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan and pour batter to form pancakes.
  4. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.

2. Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions:

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour egg mixture and stir until eggs are fully cooked.

3. French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions:

4. Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk or water

  • 1/2 cup fruits (banana, berries, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Boil milk or water and add oats.
  2. Cook until thickened.
  3. Sweeten with honey and top with fruits.

5. Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice whole-grain bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Salt and pepper
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Mash avocado and spread on toast.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

6. Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

  • Toppings: granola, nuts, seeds

Instructions:

7. Breakfast Burrito

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cheese
  • 1/4 cup beans
  • Salsa

Instructions:

  1. Scramble eggs and cook thoroughly.
  2. Place eggs, cheese, beans, and salsa on tortilla.
  3. Wrap tightly and enjoy.

8. Greek Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Layer Greek yogurt, granola, and berries in a glass.
  2. Drizzle with honey and serve.

9. Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fruit for topping

Instructions:

  1. Mix chia seeds, milk, honey, and vanilla.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Top with fruits before serving.
