1. Garlic Butter Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden.
- Add butter and garlic, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with vegetables or rice.
2. Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 oz spaghetti
Instructions:
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a pan, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place salmon on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Top with lemon slices and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or rice.
4. Beef Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef strips
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add beef strips and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and onion. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
5. Creamy Mushroom Pasta
Ingredients:
- 12 oz pasta
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic and mushrooms.
- Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper and toss with pasta.
- Serve warm with extra Parmesan on top.
6. Chicken Alfredo
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, melt butter and cook chicken until golden.
- Add garlic, then pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Stir sauce until thickened, then toss with cooked pasta.
- Serve hot with additional Parmesan on top.
