1. Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden.
  3. Add butter and garlic, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with vegetables or rice.

2. Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 oz spaghetti

Instructions:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place salmon on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Top with lemon slices and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or rice.

4. Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef strips
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef strips and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and onion. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.

5. Creamy Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic and mushrooms.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and toss with pasta.

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
